4. MINUTES OF LAST MEETING
The minutes of the last meeting were proposed by James and seconded by Peter.

5. WELCOME
The chairman welcomed guests to the meeting.

6. CHAIRMAN'S REVIEW
Bromley have cancelled the CP Top Site development and so far no-one has re-submitted. CCTV is expected up and running in June. One way system to start construction in September. No further news on East London rail connections.
Business Watch was launched today. Many traders attended and it was agreed to draw up a petition for better policing.

7. BOB PORTER - PROMS AT THE PALACE
Bob is promoting the Open Air concerts in Crystal Palace Bowl. He is seeking working partners and is setting up new ticket outlets. Members discussed the possibility of banners strecthing across the road to promote events such as these.

8. DAVID KERR - TOWN CENTRE UPDATE
David has now received plans for the one-way system. New businesses soon to arrive in the triangle include a Turkish restaurant, Victorian tea room, Men's Clothing Store. David also informed members that the role of Town Centre Manager was still insecure.

9. ANY OTHER BUSINESS
There was no other business.
